Together with Mozart, Benjamin Britten is the composer she has performed most often, but she also appears frequently in early music projects and with major symphony orchestras in repertoire spanning four centuries. Her discography is vast and likewise varied.

Gabriella Sborgi is rapidly becoming much sought after as a teacher. She is currently a member of the voice faculty at the conservatory in Bergamo.
